Finally, I found on sale movie Julie & Julia and last night (rather night) I saw the third time in the week, so today I searched the recipes of Julia Child and Beef Bourguignon found in Simply Recipes and here is the result.
Delicious
One of my next purchases will be "Mastering The Art of French Cooking" and do all the desserts to come.
Another thing, be good idea or already very copycat plane that do the same thing but with Julie Powell book Chepina Peralta ???..
