Foot Fungus Small Red Dot



Este exquisito Soufflé de zanahorias , es una excelente entrada. Las zanahorias , son ricas en vitamina A y carotenos, por lo que debemos incluirla en nuestra dieta , y que mejor si además lo hacemos en un plato , riquísimo y sencillo de elaborar. Además las carrots gives the soufflé , a very striking color, which makes it a very attractive dish also for smaller, sometimes refuse to eat the vegetables , making it an excellent choice for the whole family.

Soufflé de zanahorias
Quantity: 4 servings


Recipe Ingredients:

- 1 ½

white sauce - 1 cup mashed carrots

- 3 egg

-

pepper - nutmeg

Recipe Preparation:
- Make white sauce recipe according and season with pepper and
nutmeg to taste.
- Add carrot puree and mix.
- Separate the yolks and egg whites .
- Add the egg yolks to the mixture.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff .
- Incorporate egg whites to the mixture envelope so you do not lose volume.
- Pour the mixture in individual molds and bake at bath.
- Serve immediately.

Suggestions:
- You can use other vegetables , such as celery, asparagus , eggplant, corn , or vegetables of your choice or that is in season.
- Any soufflé should be baked at bath.
- The souffle should be served immediately so as to reach the table well fluffy.
- It is always better to make the soufflés into individual molds, it is much more practical when serving.
