Scallops Breaded Chicken Curry Scallops in Aguachile
1 chicken breast 1 tbsp

Curry powder 2 tbsp oil
1 / 4 Soy Sauce
1 can Coconut Milk
1 bunch of parsley.
Cut into small pieces (bite) the breast and mix with Curry. In a pan put oil and when hot, add the chicken until done, remove from pan. Where was baked chicken, add the Coconut Milk and Soya, deglasear, add the chicken and finally the minced parsley.
Serve with white rice.
